to Mrs. Fontenot's Class
Parents and Students,
Fall has finally arrived! We are now in the second nine week period of school. Students will begin cursive writing instruction this period. Please encourage your child to practice cursive at home as well. Our social studies focus will be civics and our science focus will be plants and animals. Students should be practicing addition and subtraction facts weekly. October will be a busy month with the Coin Drive, Book Fair, and Red Ribbon Week! Thanksgiving holidays are November 23 – 27. Christmas holidays are December 21 – January 1. We are looking forward to an adventurous second nine weeks!
Sincerely,
Jennifer Fontenot |
