Welcome to Second Grade! We are going to have so much fun learning and growing together. Let’s work together to make this a “purr”fect year!

My name is Connie Cossich. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education in 1989. I have been teaching for nineteen years. Almost all of my experience has been in second grade. It is the place to be!

I am married to a wonderful man named Chris. Unfortunately we do not have any children of our own. We do have four of the sweetest cats in the world and a silly dog. We live in Covington.

In my spare time, I love to read, shop, and hang out with friends. I also enjoy painting and crafting.

Tuesday:
1. Math sheet
2. Spelling – Write words 2 times each.
3. Read the story of the week out loud.

Wednesday:
1. Math sheet
2. Spelling – Write words in ABC order.
3. Write sentences with the vocabulary words.

Thursday:
1. Math sheet
2. Study spelling, vocabulary, and this week’s story.

Adjustments will be made in class concerning the homework schedule on short weeks.
