Registration will be on July 29th from 9-12

Please bring the following items with you to registration on July 29th:

1. State certified birth certificate
2. Social Security card
3. Immunization record
4. 3 CURRENT proofs of residency- (3 different ones! Utility bills, cell phone bill, car insurance, mortgage statement) They must be the most current.
5. Copy of the last report card (except Kindergarten)
6. Custody papers if applicable.

Please note that drivers licenses are not accepted as proof of residence!
